Processing returns

If there is something wrong with the goods you have received, please first contact our customer service. In most cases, a return is not necessary and can be avoided for the sake of the environment!

Regardless of this, you can return parts of your order or the entire order. However, we ask that you only return flawless items. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

There will be no refund for goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are not suitable for return due to their use (e.g. used foil). Likewise, damaged or incomplete items cannot be exchanged.

Refund

After we have received your return, we will transfer the invoice amount back to the payment method you used within 14 days. If you wish, we can also issue an email voucher code, which you can deduct from your shopping cart on your next order.
