Prepayment

The customer is obliged to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract by transferring it to our account. The payment deadline is:

After completing your order, you will receive an email from us with the exact invoice details. When making your transfer, please state the order number and the name of the purchaser as the purpose of payment so that we can assign your payment receipt to the order.
The ordered items will be reserved for you for 14 days until payment is received.

PayPal & AmazonPay

When paying via PayPal and AmazonPay takes the customer directly to the payment. The earliest time the account is debited is immediately after the transaction has been transmitted.

Purchase on account

This only applies to authorities, public institutions and selected companies. We reserve the right to check the purchase on account and, if necessary, reject it. The customer is obliged to pay the invoice amount within the period stated on the invoice after receiving the goods. A cash discount is expressly not permitted! The payment deadline is:

Purchase on account, installment payment & instant transfer

In collaboration with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna :

• Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from dispatch of the goods/ticket/or, in the case of other services, from the provision of the service. The complete invoice terms and conditions for the countries in which this payment method is available can be found here:Germany, Finland, Great Britain , Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Sweden.
• Instalment purchase: With Klarna’s financing service, you can Pay for your purchase in fixed or flexible monthly installments according to the terms and conditions stated in the checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of each month after Klarna sends you a monthly invoice. Further information on installment purchase, including the general terms and conditions and the European standard information on consumer credit for the countries in which this payment method is available, can be found here (only available in the countries specified):Denmark, Germany, Finland, United Kingdom, Norway, Austria, Sweden.
• Immediately: Available in Germany, the Netherlands and Austria. Your account will be debited immediately after you place your order.
• Direct debit: Available in Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden and Austria. The debit will be made after the goods have been dispatched. The time will be communicated to you by email.

Credit card

When paying by credit card, the customer is taken directly to the payment. The following credit cards are accepted: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club. The earliest time the account is debited is immediately after the transaction has been transmitted.
