You can use this form to cancel your contract. Once we locate the corresponding order, you will immediately receive an acknowledgment of receipt via email.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer`s personal needs (e.g., cuts to half-roll width, A4 cuts), or which are unsuitable for return due to their nature (e.g., used films).
