2in1: Privacy and Safety Film
This safety film provides excellent privacy and simultaneous protection against injuries in case of glass breakage. In the event of glass shattering, the film holds the fragments together, minimizing the risk of injury (according to DIN 52337 and EN 12600). Its privacy effect is comparable to classic frosted glass films, providing reliable coverage both day and night to protect you from prying eyes. The scratch-resistant surface makes cleaning with standard glass cleaners easy. It is dirt-repellent and low-maintenance.
This safety film is ideal for private homes, offices, schools, public buildings, and commercial spaces. Wherever preventing accidents from broken glass is important—whether in homes to protect small children or in the food industry to prevent glass shards from entering production.

❖ Privacy Function
The film appears as a matte white with a very slight yellow tint. Objects more than 20 cm behind the frosted film are no longer visible. At night, soft shadows of objects directly behind the film may be visible. Despite the high level of privacy, very little natural light is lost.
☀ Sun Protection Function
The white safety film also reduces sunlight and glare. The total solar energy rejection is 26% (heat reduction), and the UV protection is 95%. This helps slightly reduce room temperature, makes the indoor climate more comfortable, and can enhance the building’s appearance.
Which Side to Install?
Generally, the safety film should be applied to the side opposite the expected impact. For example, if you want to protect your home from objects thrown from outside, the film should be applied on the inside.

Manufacturer's guarantee
The manufacturer provides a 10-year guarantee on this shatter and privacy protection film for vertical installation and for sloped glazing (roof windows) with a roof pitch of 25° or more. This guarantee covers peeling, yellowing and demetallisation of the film.
Depending on various factors, the durability of the films is up to 14 years in Central Europe. In the case of sloped glazing such as skylights with a roof pitch of 25° or more, this durability is reduced accordingly due to the stronger solar radiation and the higher exposure to environmental influences.
These anti-shatter films fulfil the following standards / properties:

Sehr hochwertige Folie. Sehr gut anzubringen. Am besten zu zweit. So wie in den Videos gezeigt. Die Lieferung der Folie war vorbildlich. Sehr gut verpackt. Über die Folie war eine Schutzfolie. Darüber ein Rollkarton und das ganze nochmals im Versandkarton. Vielen Dank und gerne wieder.
Top Produkt, klare Empfehlung
Mein Projekt ist der Tausch von Isoliergläsern an einer Haustür aus Holz und im Eingangsbereich. Die alten Gläser sind mit Draht und unschön anzusehen. Ich habe für dieses Projekt Isoliergläser (klar) gekauft und diese mit einer dicken einbruchsicheren Folie von Velken versehen. Das ist um Welten günstiger als wenn man mattiertes Isolierglas mit Einbruchschutz kauft! Die Folie inkl. Zubehör wurde in einer sehr sicheren Verpackung geliefert. Mit Hilfe des Konzentrates und des Videos war das Auftragen ein Kinderspiel. Die Folie ließ sich perfekt und blasen-frei auftragen. Ich habe jetzt 1 Fenster abgearbeitet und mache mich nun an die 4 übrigen. Das Maß ist ideal und die Qualität 1A. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Passt und klebt sehr gut
Maßlich exakt, wie bestellt. Versand kam auf einer stabilen Papprolle in solidem Umkarton liebevoll und professionell verpackt. Montage habe ich nach der Anleitung, die als Zettel beilag gemacht. Es war sehr einfach: Meine erste Folie und kein Problem. Sieht sehr gut aus, weiß und matt, Sichtschutz klappt, Tageslicht kommt gut herein. Die anderen Eigenschaften (Feuer+Einbruch) kann ich - zum Glück - noch nicht einschätzen. Gerne wieder, das nächste Projekt ist schon geplant.
Top Folie
Die Bestellung ging schnell und einfach. Der Versand war genauso schnell innerhalb von zwei Tagen waren die Folien bei mir. Ich war erst skeptisch ob das Anbringen so leicht ist wie beschrieben. Aber das ist es vorher alles schön einsprühen (Frosch). Folie rauf und mit dem Rakel die Flüssigkeit heraus drücken - und fertig. Top!!!
